I have been selling wine and spirits by the glass, the bottle, or the case for 35 years. My entrance into this field is probably like most, the service industry, working in food and beverage for the first 19 years in different restaurants, bars, hotels, casinos, and nightclubs on each coast. In 2005, I decided to get some type of accreditation and went with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Soon after passing the second Certified Level in 2006, my career took a hard left turn from Restaurant to Distribution when Southern Wine and Spirits approached me about an opportunity. That lead me to a position with Southern calling on ABC for 8 years which opened the door to my current position, Director of Sales at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits.
